WHAT SEAON ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ON CONSIGNMENT?

We accept all seasons at any time of the year.

HOW DO I GET PAID AND HOW MUCH IS MY COMMISSION?​

Your commission starts at 50% and you get paid every 90 days by check.

WHAT DESIGNERS DO YOU TAKE IN?

Our consignment standards are constantly adapting to trends in customer demand and fluctuating inventory levels. We have curated a list of commonly accepted brands, but feel free to inquire about specific designers that you do not see on our list via email, text or our chat box.

HOW DO YOU AUTHENTICATE?

To verify the authenticity of the items we receive on consignment, we have a trained team with years of experience in the apparel industry. We examine each item and verify its authenticity before we sell it. We do not accept counterfeits or reproductions.

WHAT IS YOUR REFERAL POLICY?

Existing consignors will receive a bonus of $50 Visa Card per referral to our business.

The referral must have enough items to qualify as a consignor (a minimum of 10 items) and sign an agreement with us before the referral bonus can be applied.

DO YOU ACCEPT VINTAGE?

Vintage items are not always easy to sell, however, we do accept a select amount of 20th century merchandise that has been produced by collectable high-end designers such as Chanel, Dior, Emilio Pucci, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Missoni and YSL.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?

We do not accept walk-in appointments.  We are not a brick-and-mortar store. Our physical location is an office and a warehouse, so we're not equipped for drop offs.​

DO YOU ACCEPT DAMAGED ITEMS? WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?
Yes, we do. Here's what you should do:

1. Text us detailed photos of your damaged merchandise to 773-415-5868 or use our chat box.

2. A staff member will evaluate the pictures and reply to you within 24 hours. 

3. If we determine that your items can be sold, we will pick them up, or you may ship them to us. 

4. Once we receive your damaged items, we inspect them and list them for sale. Many damaged items are being sold under auction style. Why? because an auction excites buyers, it ends within 7-10 days from the time it starts, and it guarantees a sale. 

DO YOU ACCEPT FORMAL ATTIRE OR WEDDING GOWNS?

Although our merchandise tends to be everyday wear, we sometimes accept attire for special occasions, so formal wear is taken on a case-by-case basis.  

We encourage potential consignors to text us photos of special event wear.​

DO YOU ACCEPT FURNITURE?

Resale Avenue does not have the space to accommodate home goods at this time.
